BOOKINGS:
- Once an order has been discussed with our team and requested items, dates etc have been confirmed, an invoice will be emailed to the client.
- Booking fee will be due within 3 days from client receiving invoice to secure the booking date and items requested.
- Booking is not confirmed until booking fee payment has been made and confirmed with our team.
- A non refundable booking fee of $100 is required for all bookings to secure booking date and items chosen for your booking.
- Booking fee is non refundable, however it is transferable subject to availability.
- $100 booking fee is subtracted from total invoice amount.
- Final invoice amount is due 7 days prior to booking date.
- Work will not be completed without final payment being made by the designated due date.
- Failure to make final payment and not being discussed with our team may forfeit your booking with no refund of money already paid.
- Where an order is placed under $100, full payment is required to secure the booking date and items chosen for your booking.
- Booking cancellations are accepted. Booking fee is non refundable. Any other money paid will be refunded in full if 28 days or more notice is given of cancellation. If less than 28 days notice of cancellation is given, 50% of any other money paid will be refunded. If less than 7 days notice is given of cancellation, any other money paid will not be refunded.
- Booking dates can be rescheduled, subject to availability. If there is no availability for new date requested, the above cancellation terms will apply.
- The client shall pay the hirer full compensation for replacement and/or repair of any equipment that is not returned due to loss or theft, or any equipment that is damaged. In this case, an invoice will be issued to the client by email with payment due to be made within 7 days.
- The client shall not remove the equipment from the address location shown herein as the place of use of the equipment, unless agreed upon.
- Client indemnifies and holds hirer harmless for any injuries incurred from the hired item.
- These terms are accepted by the client upon delivery of the terms to the hirer or the agent or other representative of client.
- Upon payment of the $100 booking fee (or full payment of orders under $100) to secure the booking, the client is agreeing to these terms and conditions, and terms of payment.
- All props are hire only items (including signs with personalised decals).
- Props cannot be moved once delivered and set up, unless prior permission has been given by our team.
- Hire prices are for the term of your event. We will discuss suitable delivery and collection times with the client.
- For nighttime events, we prefer to collect props the following day. If a collection needs to be made the same night (after 9pm) a $50 after hours fee is required and will be added to your invoice. This needs to be confirmed no less than 7 days before the booking date.
- Please inform our team if there are any stairs at your event location at the time of booking, prior to your invoice being sent. A $20 stair fee will be added to all bookings.
- All prices exclude delivery fee, which is calculated depending on location and distance from us in Narre Warren North.
- Where we are needing to return to a location to collect hire items, delivery fee will be doubled.
- Prices for balloon garlands and balloon walls included installation, as these items are always completed on site during set up.
- No pick up or returns is allowed for hire items by clients, they are delivery only items.
- Prices shown are in AUD.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Not only do we use the highest quality balloons, we also take the utmost care to ensure your balloons will last throughout your event. However, once in your care they are beyond our control, so please follow our tips to maintain their longevity.
- Once the balloons are in the clients care, they are their responsibility.
- Latex allergies must be declared before booking.
- Please keep your balloons at room temperature. Both high or low temperatures can impact the life of your balloons.
- Heat and sun will cause your balloons to oxidise (the higher the temperature the quicker they will oxidise. This creates a matte/cloudy look to your balloons. Some clients prefer this look, so this may not be an issue. If you prefer balloons to stay shiny, we recommend keeping them indoors at room temperature, away from any heater/air conditioner vents (heater blowing onto balloons can also make them oxidise).
- Ensure you store balloons away from sharp objects and that they are not left in the car overnight.
- Foil balloons will deflate in cold weather. Once brought back to room temperature they will inflate back to their original condition.
- Children should always be supervised around balloons as they are not intended to be played with and if popped can be a choking hazard.
- Once your event is over, please dispose of balloons thoughtfully by placing in the bin and not releasing into the atmosphere.
- Balloons can be collected from us in Narre Warren North (excluding balloon garlands and balloon walls), or delivery can be arranged for a fee.
- We do not offer in person consults at this time.
